Capital International Exhibition Center hosted Volvo's 99th-anniversary display and model launches during the 2026 Beijing Auto Show.

Capital International Exhibition Center is a large exhibition venue in Beijing, organized around numbered halls and broad service concourses. Its column-free hall floors and high ceilings support vehicle displays, temporary structures and crowd movement. During major trade fairs, the center operates as a controlled campus with separate arrival, registration and exhibit zones. The venue is used for large public and trade exhibitions.
Inside Hall B4, booth B404 was built as a walk-through display with a sustainability section showing recycled marine and forest materials, and a digital safety area demonstrating LiDAR sensors. The 99th-anniversary graphics formed the main visual backdrop. Vehicle displays and a presentation area were arranged within the booth, with circulation passing through the material, technology and model zones.
Trade-fair halls suit this kind of display because they already provide the power, clearance and visitor flow needed for vehicle exhibits and technical demonstrations. The center's hall format lets a booth separate material displays, sensor demonstrations and model presentations while remaining inside a single controlled exhibition environment.
