Beijing Lufthansa Shopping Center's 550 sqm unit hosted Volvo's Beijing Experience Store, a branded retail space with experience, FIKA, VIP and merchandise zones.

Beijing Lufthansa Shopping Center is a retail complex in Beijing, and this project occupies a 550 sqm unit within it. The unit is a large indoor retail footprint configured for brand tenancy, with mall circulation and neighbouring shops shaping how visitors arrive and move through it. It is normally used for shopper-facing retail and display rather than as a standalone automotive showroom.
Inside the unit, the store was built around several connected zones: a brand experience area, a FIKA area for shared coffee, a VIP experience area and a Volvo merchandise display. Wood and dynamic-texture elements run through the design, while the VIP area uses an infinity mirror. A feature zone called the Volvo Eye forms the centre of the visitor route.
A shopping center tenancy suits this kind of brand experience because the venue already provides retail foot traffic and a mall setting where visitors can enter, dwell and move between zones. The unit's size allows separate areas without leaving the retail environment, so the store can function as a brand space inside a normal shopping trip.
