Xiansuo hosted The Balvenie's Flavour Honey Garden, a week-long whisky activation across its ground-floor atrium and sixth-floor rooftop.

Xiansuo is a creative complex in Jing'an, Shanghai, with a first-phase ground-floor atrium and a sixth-floor rooftop. The atrium functions as an indoor shared space within the complex, while the rooftop sits above the building and opens to the sky. The venue is used for cultural, retail and event programming across its interior and upper-level outdoor areas.
For the project, the ground-floor atrium was planted with flowers, greenery and wheat stacks to form a Scottish-flavour garden, with tasting and check-in points. Visitors moved from the atrium to the sixth-floor rooftop workshop, where drinks, dessert and DIY activities were offered. The route connected the introduction, tasting, photo checkpoints and workshop.
The venue's mix of an indoor atrium and a rooftop suits a multi-zone activation: the atrium can hold a contained narrative environment, while the rooftop supports quieter workshop sessions. Xiansuo's creative-complex setting also places the activation within a broader cultural and retail audience.
