Park Hyatt Tokyo hosted the 2018 Rolls-Royce dealer conference, an evening of awards and Japanese craft performance under the theme 'Boundless Heart, Boundless Light'.

Park Hyatt Tokyo occupies the upper floors of Shinjuku Park Tower in western Shinjuku, a short walk from the district's station and office towers. The hotel combines guest rooms, restaurants and bar space with banquet and meeting rooms, and its windows look out over the city skyline and, on clear days, Mount Fuji. Its function floors are normally used for corporate receptions, conferences and gala dinners.
For the dealer conference the banquet floor was set as a dinner and awards venue. Guests entered past a photo wall themed on Tokyo light, then moved through a mingle area before seating. Bamboo lanterns and miniature pine arrangements dressed the room; craftsmen painted daruma figures on site, and a taiko opening, geisha dance and mochi-pounding sequence ran between award presentations.
Hotel banquet floors carry the services a multi-part corporate programme needs: staged entries, seated dining, sound and lighting, and guest rooms upstairs. Shinjuku puts the venue within reach of the city's transport, and an in-house dinner lets a dealer conference move from awards to cultural performance without relocating guests between segments.
