Prada opened a three-level flagship at Alexandra House in Hong Kong's LANDMARK, turning a corner site into a store modelled on its Milan Galleria shop.

LANDMARK is a luxury retail complex in Central, Hong Kong, formed of connected blocks and covered walkways linking Des Voeux Road Central with Queen's Road Central. Alexandra House occupies one corner, facing the junction with Ice House Street. Its podium levels are normally leased to international fashion and jewellery tenants, with offices above and dense pedestrian traffic passing at street level throughout the day.
The store spans three levels of the Alexandra House corner. A steel triangular-grid facade with full-height glazing wraps the exterior; inside, black-and-white checkerboard marble floors and pale green walls reference the Milan Galleria store, with Giò Ponti velvet armchairs in the seating areas. Menswear, womenswear, leather goods, shoes and accessories are spread across the floors, and a first-floor private room serves the Eternal Gold fine jewellery line.
Corner podiums in Central are read from the street and from the elevated walkway system, so a gridded facade and lit glazing work as signage across both. Multi-level floorplates let a brand separate categories and add appointment rooms, while the mall's existing luxury tenant mix delivers the passing audience such a store depends on.
