Hangzhou MixC's L1 atrium hosted a Prada Essence pop-up built from lit acrylic modules, showing the Autumn/Winter 2026 collections.

Hangzhou MixC is a large mixed-use retail complex in Hangzhou, combining luxury and mainstream retail, dining and entertainment under one roof. The L1 atrium is the ground floor's open central concourse, ringed by shopfronts and crossed by shoppers moving between entrances, escalators and upper levels. It is normally circulation and rest space, with occasional seasonal displays and brand installations.
For the pop-up, the atrium held a compact installation built from transparent acrylic modules lit with lavender neon, paired with green glowing fixtures. Garments, leather goods, shoes and accessories from the Autumn/Winter 2026 collections were displayed within and around these modules, so visitors walked a short loop through the structure rather than a closed room. A photo point stood in front of the illuminated panels.
An open atrium suits a free, walk-in brand installation: it sits on the path between the mall's entrances and its luxury tenants, so visitors meet the structure without planning a visit. Because the space is open on several sides, the lit acrylic modules read from multiple directions, and passers-by become audience without ticketing or queueing.
