Prada at Chengdu IFS — Prada Red Horse Installation (2026)

Chengdu IFS hosted Prada's red triangular-horse installation for Lunar New Year 2026, with in-store interactions and ambassador appearances.

The venue

Chengdu IFS is a shopping mall in the Chunxi Road retail district of central Chengdu. It contains multiple retail levels, indoor circulation routes, atria and entrances that connect the mall to the surrounding commercial streets. The complex mixes retail and lifestyle stores with public circulation areas, making it a site for brand installations and seasonal displays.

How the space was used

For this project, the mall's public areas held a red horse form assembled from Prada triangle logos, positioned as a photo point. Inside the boutique, an interactive installation offered limited blind-box rewards. The installation ran during the 2026 Lunar New Year period, and brand ambassadors appeared at the Chengdu IFS site.

A seasonal installation can be viewed in the open mall area and then continued inside the store, linking footfall, photography and in-store participation without requiring a separate ticketed venue.
