Porsche's Baiyun dealership in Guangzhou was rebuilt around a circuit-like showroom, an immersive configuration room and an upper-floor lounge for waiting customers and their families.

Porsche Centre Guangzhou Baiyun is a two-storey car dealership on Baiyun Avenue North in Guangzhou's Baiyun district, combining a customer-facing showroom with a back-of-house workshop. The ground floor is a vehicle display hall; the upper floor holds reception and lounge areas. It is normally used for vehicle sales, configuration and handover, and it follows a global Porsche dealership concept developed for the brand's retail spaces.
The showroom was rebuilt as a circuit-like layout: a track line runs through the ground-floor entrance, with modular brand displays arranged along both sides in staggered blocks covering product information and brand history. An immersive configuration room links physical cars to digital presentations, letting visitors compare models and specify trim. The upper floor was given over to a café bar, public lounge, children's slide room, driving simulators, massage chairs and a reading library.
Vehicle retail depends on holding customers on site through a purchase or handover that takes time. A two-floor dealership lets the showroom concentrate on product and configuration while the upper level absorbs waiting — family members, children, service appointments — so the building works as a place to stay rather than a counter to pass through.
