Singapore's Marina Bay Street Circuit hosted Rounds 9 and 10 of the 2017 Porsche Carrera Cup Asia as a Formula 1 support race.

The Marina Bay Street Circuit is a temporary course laid out on closed public roads around Singapore's Marina Bay. Barriers, fencing and lighting are installed for the event, with grandstands, viewing areas and a paddock built alongside the track. Outside race weekends the same roads carry ordinary city traffic, so the venue exists as a circuit only for the duration of the meeting.
For this project the circuit carried the Porsche Carrera Cup Asia support races on 15–17 September 2017, with Rounds 9 and 10 run under floodlights. Team paddock space, pit lane and grid procedures were set up for the one-make series, and spectator areas along the street layout were used for race viewing across the three days.
A street circuit already brings the infrastructure a support series needs: pit lane, paddock, barriers and lighting in one continuous footprint. Running a one-make championship alongside a Formula 1 weekend places the cars directly in front of an existing grandstand audience, and the night schedule lets the racing read against the lit city skyline.
