Guangdong International Circuit hosted a Porsche test-drive experience combining cinema-themed staging with track sessions.

Guangdong International Circuit is a motorsport facility in Zhaoqing, Guangdong. Its core is a purpose-built closed racing circuit, with track-side areas used for vehicle staging and spectator viewing. The site is normally used for circuit racing, track days and automotive testing. Located outside central Guangzhou, it functions as a destination venue for driving programmes rather than a city-centre space.
The circuit was recast as a track-based film set. A dinner area hosted a private preview with projected Hollywood-style imagery and Porsche heritage references; the track itself carried the driving programme for the 911 and Taycan. Invited participants moved from staging and vehicle handovers into briefings and lapping sessions, with the course providing the main stage.
A closed circuit gives a performance brand controlled space for speed, acceleration and handling demonstrations that cannot be staged in a mall or showroom. The track and its service areas support vehicle staging, briefings and repeated drives, while the destination location makes the experience a deliberate trip for invited guests.
