Fuji International Circuit hosted rounds three and four of the 2017 Porsche Carrera Cup Asia season, with a support programme built around the paddock.

Fuji International Circuit is a permanent motor racing venue at the foot of Mount Fuji in Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan. The facility is built around a long main straight and a series of corners, with grandstands positioned for spectator viewing, pit lane and garages serving the teams, and a paddock area behind them. Beyond race weekends it is used for testing, track days and manufacturer driving programmes.
For this round the circuit's paddock and pit buildings carried the event infrastructure: a media conference area, hospitality rooms for invited guests, and reception points handling transport, accommodation and meals for media, drivers and partners. The team behind the event provided design, management and production across these areas, while the racing itself ran on the circuit's existing track and pit lane.
A circuit already concentrates the people an automotive brand needs to reach — teams, drivers, press and guests — inside a controlled footprint. The paddock, pit garages and hospitality rooms sit close together, so conferences, guest hosting and race operations can run in parallel without new structures, and the track itself supplies the spectacle.
