Louis Vuitton at Hangzhou Tower — Louis Vuitton Secret Treasures Jewelry S (2026)

Block B of Hangzhou Tower hosted a limited-time Louis Vuitton high jewelry space, divided into display, craft film and private salon zones.

The venue

Hangzhou Tower is a luxury department store complex in the Wulin retail district of central Hangzhou. Block B concentrates international fashion, watch and jewelry brands across its retail floors, alongside member services for high-spending clients. The building is a primary address for premium consumption in the city, and its units are regularly reconfigured for brand-led retail projects and appointment-based viewing rooms.

How the space was used

For this project the unit was subdivided into three zones: a jewelry display area showing colored stones, cut diamonds and classic series pieces; a craft film area screening a documentary on stone selection and setting; and a members' salon room. Matte dark brown surfaces with gilded lines, LV trunks and Monogram star motifs carried the travel narrative through circulation, with viewing run on appointment and one-to-one try-on.

Why it works here

The venue already holds the clientele such a project depends on: shoppers who buy fine jewelry in the same building and expect private, unhurried service. An appointment-only salon suits a department store unit better than a public atrium, since it turns passing traffic into booked viewings rather than open spectators.
