Chengdu SKP-S hosted a limited-time Louis Vuitton space marking the 130th anniversary of the Monogram.

Chengdu SKP-S is the experimental retail wing of the SKP department store complex in Chengdu. Rather than a conventional mall concourse, it is laid out as a sequence of themed interiors, with display structures, sculptural fittings and circulation routes that read more like a gallery than a shopping floor. Tenants sit within this staged environment, so passing shoppers move through curated settings rather than past open shopfronts.
For this project the venue carried a Louis Vuitton limited-time space tied to the Monogram's 130th anniversary. The record documents the installation on site at Chengdu SKP-S on 6 January 2026; internal zoning, the sequence of rooms and the objects on display are not verified. The intervention occupied part of the complex's retail floor as a temporary, walk-through brand environment.
SKP-S is built around display rather than pure transaction, so a temporary brand installation reads as continuous with the venue's own logic. Shoppers already navigate staged interiors and pause at built structures, which suits an anniversary space that depends on being walked through rather than browsed from a doorway.
