Beijing SKP's ground-floor atrium hosted Louis Vuitton's 'Journey of Light' limited-time space for twelve days in November 2025.

Beijing SKP is a luxury shopping mall in Beijing's central business district. Its ground-floor atrium is an indoor circulation space shared by retail floors and used for temporary installations and brand presentations. The atrium sits within the mall's main customer route, connecting entrances, elevators and surrounding boutiques, and remains open to shoppers moving between stores throughout the day.
For this project, the atrium was occupied by a defined temporary footprint for Louis Vuitton's 'Journey of Light' limited-time space. The installation sat within the mall's ground-floor circulation, separating a branded area from the surrounding retail walkways. Visitors entered from the atrium and moved through the space as part of the mall route; the run lasted from 1 to 12 November 2025.
A ground-floor atrium in a luxury mall suits limited-time brand spaces because it captures existing foot traffic from shoppers moving between stores. The indoor setting allows a contained installation to sit alongside permanent retail without requiring a separate street entrance, while the central location supports short, high-visibility runs.
