A two-level retail unit at Jing'an Kerry Centre in Shanghai was fitted out as Casa Loewe, with a hand-made ceramic facade and artworks set among the merchandise.

Jing'an Kerry Centre is a mixed-use complex on Nanjing West Road in Shanghai's Jing'an district, comprising office towers, a hotel and a multi-level retail podium. The unit occupied by the store sits within the mall's retail levels, entered from the internal corridor circulation. The tenancy is arranged over two connected floors linked by an internal staircase, with street-facing external wall frontage.
The exterior wall was clad in 35,536 hand-made Spanish tiles, produced through forming, drying, glazing, glaze-firing and packing over three months, which read as a reflective gold surface under daylight. Inside, the two floors were divided by product category — ready-to-wear, bags, shoes, jewellery and home fragrance — with furniture and artworks, including a Gerrit Rietveld Utrecht armchair and an Axel Vervoordt floating stone table, placed among the display fixtures alongside ceramics and sculpture from several regions.
A two-floor tenancy with external wall frontage in a central Jing'an mall allows a store to be read from the street before entry, and the internal stair gives a sequence of rooms rather than a single sales floor. The setting supports placing furniture and artworks alongside product, treating the unit as a gallery-like interior.
