Shenzhen Talent Park's Chaoxi Plaza hosted the Shenzhen stop of Hermès' global craftsmanship workshop tour, with live demonstrations, hands-on workshops and film screenings.

Chaoxi Plaza is an outdoor public plaza inside Shenzhen Talent Park, a landscaped waterfront park in the city. The venue is open, paved and normally used for walks, gatherings and public events, with park paths and planting around it. It has no fixed exhibition rooms; structures and programming are installed temporarily. Visitors move through it at ground level.
For the tour, the plaza was divided into demonstration areas, craft workshop zones, interactive displays and a screening area. Visitors could choose routes according to interest, moving between stations where artisans from around ten Hermès product categories showed techniques and materials such as leather, silk, straw, gemstones, clay and horn. Temporary structures housed the displays without altering the plaza's open layout.
A public park plaza suits an open, walk-through craft exhibition because it offers casual foot traffic, flexible ground space and a non-retail setting. The outdoor setting lowers the threshold for passers-by and lets the exhibition present making and repair as part of everyday public life rather than a closed showroom.
