First-floor retail atriums at Deji Plaza, Wuhan International Plaza, Plaza 66 and City of Dreams hosted Gucci Tiger Chinese New Year pop-ups.

The project took place in first-floor atriums at Deji Plaza in Nanjing, Wuhan International Plaza, Shanghai Plaza 66 and Dalian Plaza 66, plus level one of City of Dreams Boulevard in Macau. These are indoor retail venues where circulation passes through central open floors or mall corridors, normally used for shopping, dining and leisure. The settings are enclosed, walkable commercial interiors with adjacent storefronts.
Within each site, a GUCCI TIGER light sign marked the entrance. Inside, modernist light bars formed a jungle-like installation against black-and-white checkerboard flooring. Velvet sofas and matching shelving were placed alongside distressed brass display racks, with spotlights focused on the 2022 Chinese New Year collection. The arrangement created a defined retail zone within the atrium or mall corridor.
First-floor atriums and level-one retail corridors sit on main circulation routes, so temporary shops can catch passing shoppers without requiring a separate destination. Their open floors allow entrance markers and display structures to be seen from adjacent shops, while the enclosed mall setting supports short-stay browsing and cross-shopping.
