Shanghai International Circuit, the city's permanent motor racing facility in Jiading, hosted a track day for Ferrari owners.

Shanghai International Circuit sits in Jiading, on the northwestern edge of the city, a permanent motor racing facility built for Formula One. Its layout wraps a purpose-built track around pit buildings, team garages, a paddock and grandstands, with access roads and service areas separating spectator zones from working areas. Outside race weekends the circuit operates as a hireable venue for testing, driving programmes and manufacturer events.
For the owner track day the working parts of the circuit became the event space: pit lane and garages for car preparation and marshalling, the pit straight and corners for driving sessions, and the paddock for gathering between runs. The published record documents the date and location only; specific installations, hospitality builds and zone layouts are not verified.
A permanent circuit is one of the few urban-region venues where owners can drive at speed legally and safely, with run-off areas, barriers and medical cover already in place. Manufacturer driving programmes rely on that infrastructure, and the site's association with top-level racing gives the day a context that a car park or airfield cannot.
