The China-Italy Cultural Exchange City Reception Hall in Chengdu hosted Fendi’s neon mirror party for its Autumn/Winter 2021-22 men’s collection.

The China-Italy Cultural Exchange City Reception Hall is a cultural and event venue in Chengdu, conceived as a setting for Sino-Italian exchange and public-facing programmes. It provides indoor reception and presentation spaces that can be adapted for exhibitions, gatherings and brand events, rather than a conventional retail or nightlife venue. Its location within Chengdu's cultural infrastructure makes it a destination for invited guests and visiting audiences.
For the Fendi Autumn/Winter men’s collection launch, the hall was transformed into a neon mirror party. Light installations and reflective surfaces were arranged across the interior, changing the reception space into a sequence of illuminated zones for guests to move through. The collection was presented within this staged environment, with multiple light sources creating shifting reflections and a night-time atmosphere inside the venue.
A cultural exchange hall offers a neutral, indoor backdrop that can be reworked for controlled lighting and immersive staging. Unlike a shop or club, it can host invited audiences for a one-night presentation while keeping the focus on the collection. Its reception-hall format supports a promenade through zones rather than a fixed seated show.
