Beijing SKP hosted a seven-day Dior Sauvage pop-up built around a post office counter that issued takeaway postcards.

Beijing SKP is a luxury department store in Chaoyang District, on the east side of the city's central grid, forming part of a retail complex that includes the separate SKP-S building. Its floors are organised by category, with beauty and fragrance on the lower levels and international fashion above, and the concourse areas are routinely given over to brand installations and seasonal displays.
For the seven-day run the unit was fitted out as a closed, darkened environment: deep black walls and flooring, lit in the Sauvage blue of the fragrance line. A "Sauvage Post Office" counter anchored the route, issuing printed postcards visitors could take away; ambassador Yu Shi appeared on site, and a photo checkpoint and gift-with-purchase mechanism moved visitors through the space.
Fragrance launches depend on walk-in traffic from shoppers already in a luxury frame of mind, and a department store of this kind supplies it without requiring a separate journey. A short, enclosed unit suits a seven-day booking: it can sit inside an existing retail floor and be removed without altering the building.
