Today Art Museum in Beijing hosted Dior's media preview of its Spring/Summer 2019 womenswear, menswear and DIOR MAISON collections.

Today Art Museum is a contemporary art museum in Beijing, known for temporary exhibitions across its gallery floors. Its interior is organised as large, flexible exhibition rooms with white walls and controlled lighting, typically used for art displays, talks and museum programming. The building provides a cultural setting rather than a retail environment, with gallery spaces that can be adapted for installations and presentations.
For the preview, the museum's exhibition space was converted into a Dior-specific environment. The setting presented the Spring/Summer 2019 womenswear and accessories, the Summer 2019 menswear collection and the new DIOR MAISON line. Gallery areas were arranged for media viewing and circulation between the three collections, with the museum's rooms serving as a sequence of display zones rather than a conventional showroom.
Fashion previews suit art museum galleries because the neutral, exhibition-oriented rooms can be reconfigured for clothing and objects without the fixed layout of a store. The museum setting also gives a cultural frame to press presentations and allows separate collections to be shown in distinct spatial zones.
