The MixC Shenzhen hosted a Dior pop-up for its limited-edition 'Fortune Red' lipstick, built as a red lucky-star installation with try-on stations and a prize interaction.

The MixC Shenzhen is a shopping mall in Luohu district, organised across connected retail phases around a central atrium. The Phase 1 atrium is an indoor circulation space at the centre of the mall, bordered by storefronts and upper-level walkways. It is normally used for seasonal displays, promotional installations and shopper circulation, linking the main mall concourses and giving brands a visible, temporary footprint inside the retail environment.
For this project the atrium was dressed as a red lucky star, with oversized star and four-leaf-clover elements and a red, black and gold palette. The installation contained several makeup try-on counters for the limited-edition 'Fortune Red' lipstick range, where products could also be purchased, and a large 'lucky' interactive device for check-ins and prize draws. Circulation moved through these zones within the mall atrium.
The mall atrium places the installation directly on the route between retail floors and storefronts, so passing shoppers encounter it without a separate ticket or appointment. A temporary beauty pop-up benefits from the foot traffic and from the atrium's capacity to hold a photo-oriented set piece while keeping the surrounding shops visible and accessible.
