Taikoo Li Qiantan hosted a temporary DIOR VIBE boutique presenting the collection’s HOBO and BOWLING handbag styles.

Taikoo Li Qiantan is an open-air retail district in Shanghai’s Qiantan area, organised as low-rise blocks, pedestrian lanes and a central park. Unit C-L2-02&03 sits on level two within Central Park, a position integrated into the complex’s shopping circulation. The venue is normally used for retail and dining, with storefronts opening onto walkways and public spaces rather than a closed mall interior.
For this project the unit operated as a limited-time DIOR VIBE boutique. The interior was fitted out for handbag display, with the HOBO and BOWLING styles presented as the focus of the offer. The storefront faced the level-two circulation of Central Park, allowing the temporary retail space to be read from the surrounding walkways. Detailed zoning and fixture layout are not verified.
Temporary fashion retail works in Taikoo Li Qiantan because the open-air layout places storefronts directly on pedestrian routes, giving a short-run boutique repeated visibility among shoppers moving between retail, dining and public space. A Central Park unit also lets a brand use the complex’s existing footfall without building a standalone structure.
