The riverside Modern Art Museum Shanghai hosted the Rouge Dior Star Party, a single-evening lipstick launch built across its galleries.

The Modern Art Museum Shanghai occupies a converted industrial building on the Huangpu riverfront in Pudong, near the Lujiazui skyline. Its raw concrete and steel structure has been reworked into stacked, column-free galleries with high ceilings, service cores at the edges and large glazed or solid walls facing the water. Circulation runs vertically between floors, and the building is normally used for temporary contemporary art exhibitions.
For this project the galleries were refitted as a sequence of brand zones. A product display area presented the limited-edition Rouge Dior lipstick and lip glaze for guests to try, a designated walkway served as a photography point, and a screening room showed the house's past advertising films. Guests moved from display to photo moment to cinema in a linear route.
Museum galleries give a beauty launch a cultural frame rather than a retail one. The column-free floors absorb temporary sets, the high ceilings carry lighting and projection, and the riverside setting supplies an arrival sequence. The setting suits evening, invitation-only events where product display and image-making share the same rooms.
