HKRI Taikoo Hui hosted a Miss Dior pop-up that turned a retail space into an immersive fragrance atelier in May 2025.

HKRI Taikoo Hui is a shopping mall in central Shanghai, part of a mixed-use retail and office complex. Its indoor concourse is lined with storefronts and circulation routes that connect multiple levels and entrances. The venue is normally used for shopping, dining and passing foot traffic, with open areas that can accommodate temporary retail structures and displays.
For the project, the mall space was rebuilt as a Miss Dior Love Atelier. An entrance zone used Dior pink and floral decoration; a fragrance display area presented Miss Dior versions; an interactive zone held a perfume blending counter and a love story wall. Visitors moved through these zones in sequence, with product display and participation placed along the same route.
The venue's indoor retail concourse brings in shoppers already moving between stores, so a fragrance pop-up can catch passing attention without requiring a separate ticketed visit. The open floor area suits temporary walls, display counters and a controlled route, while the mall setting keeps the activation close to other retail and dining uses.
