Changsha IFS hosted a week-long Miss Dior fragrance pop-up on its L1 retail concourse in August 2026.

Changsha IFS is a multi-level shopping mall in Changsha. The project occupied a section of the L1 retail concourse outside the Moncler store, a passage normally used by shoppers moving between luxury storefronts. The site is open to the mall's circulation rather than enclosed, so the installation sits directly in the path of passing foot traffic and is visible from adjacent stores.
Inside the concourse, the pop-up was built as a pink-toned environment with a perfume-bottle display, floral clusters and lit art installations. Visitors moved through a set route: collecting five puzzle pieces, photographing them for Xiaohongshu, testing the four Miss Dior scents, and reaching a photo booth near the exit. A white coffee kiosk and a DIY bow station sat alongside the main path.
L1 concourse space places the activation among luxury storefronts, where mall visitors already pass. The open frontage lets scent, colour and lighting register from a distance, and the short dwell format suits a Qixi shopping trip. A beauty pop-up can use this circulation without closing off retail access.
