Changsha IFS hosted a week-long Dior pop-up built around red-toned New Year interiors and product trial stations.

Changsha IFS is a mixed-use retail complex in the city centre, combining a shopping mall podium with office and hotel towers. Its interior circulation runs across multiple levels linked by escalators and a central atrium zone, which is regularly used for brand installations, seasonal displays and public events. The mall draws steady foot traffic from shoppers, office workers and visitors to the wider district.
For this project the mall space was converted into a red-themed pop-up interior, described in the source as the Lucky Red Dream House. Light installations, red gradient walls and an interactive area formed the main zones, with product displays for the Chinese New Year collection. Visitors moved through trial stations for lip colour and fragrance, and the setting was arranged for photography.
Mall interiors like this one already carry heavy foot traffic and support short, walk-in installations that need no ticketing. A red-toned, photogenic set fits the shared circulation areas, and the beauty trial stations match the surrounding retail context, letting passers-by stop, sample and leave within a short visit.
