A lane house on Wukang Road hosted CHANEL's Coco Beach 2026 pop-up, a two-level beach and garden villa setting for the resort collection.

The venue is a two-storey building entered through Lane 40 off Wukang Road in Shanghai. It sits within a lane off a tree-lined street and includes an outdoor garden terrace at upper level. The record does not name the building or verify its usual use; it appears as a small standalone structure adapted for temporary retail occupation.
For the project the ground floor was surfaced with black volcanic sand and arranged as a beach-like retail room, with rattan fibre and pale wood furniture, coral installations, a sky ceiling, white beach chairs in the shoe area and a wall-mounted aquarium eyewear display. The upper floor held a seaside wardrobe and open try-on salon, linked to the garden terrace through panoramic glazing.
The lane address gives the project a residential-scale approach that contrasts with mall retail, and the two levels allow a sequence from a public beach room to a more private try-on salon and terrace. This suits a resort collection presented as an escape from the street.
