Taikoo Li Sanlitun's South Area hosted a pink neon radio-set pop-up for Chanel's Coco Flash lip gloss.

Taikoo Li Sanlitun is an open-air retail district in Beijing's Chaoyang District, laid out as low-rise blocks and pedestrian lanes rather than an enclosed mall. It is divided into a North Area and a South Area; the South Area holds smaller units, a sunken plaza and through-routes that connect the surrounding streets. Units here are normally let to fashion, lifestyle and food tenants, and open ground-level frontage is used for temporary structures.
For this project the unit was converted into a pink neon radio environment. A circular "RADIO SHINE" marker stood at the entrance, and a sequence of concentric ring tunnels led inward, channelling visitors to a central stage. Three interaction stations sat along the route, alongside a makeup counter for the full colour range and a separate room for applied looks.
Open-air lanes in the South Area carry steady foot traffic from a young, fashion-oriented crowd, and ground-level units can be entered without a lobby or ticket step. That suits a game-driven pop-up: passers-by can drop into one station, and a three-week run allows repeat visits and word of mouth.
