Shanghai K11's ground floor hosted Coco Game Center, a Chanel-branded amusement arcade of games, photo sets and cosmetic prizes.

Shanghai K11 is an art-led shopping mall in central Shanghai, mixing retail floors with rotating art installations and cultural programming. Its ground floor is the arrival level, where passing foot traffic and mall visitors meet, and it offers wide frontage for large-format graphics. The building's identity as a mall that shows art as well as product makes it a common host for brand-built environments.
Inside the ground-floor unit, the brand built a working amusement arcade: a token counter at the entrance, a facade of interlocking logos, and a run of game machines arranged in three named zones. ROUGE COCO GAME used a pixel ball game; THE BEAUTY RIDE set a racing simulator as a photo backdrop; THE BUBBLE GAME swapped claw-machine and gachapon prizes for cosmetics. A cushion photo corner and an open touch-up area closed the circuit.
An arcade needs a queue-friendly, walk-in footprint at street or arrival level, and a mall ground floor provides exactly that: passing visitors can enter without a ticket, play a round and leave. K11's art-programming habit also means shoppers already expect built environments rather than shelving, so a game set reads as content, not interruption.
