Shanghai's iapm Mall hosted a ten-day Chanel Coco Mademoiselle fragrance pop-up on its L1 floor, arranged as a Parisian-themed series of rooms.

iapm Mall is a shopping complex on Huaihai Middle Road in Shanghai's Puxi commercial district. The project occupied the mall's L1 level, a concourse that connects retail units and circulates shoppers through the building. Its central location places it within the city's dense retail corridor, and the L1 floor serves as a high-traffic passage and event-ready retail frontage.
For the project, the L1 space was divided into six themed areas: a cinema screening room, a fragrance bar, a café, a telephone booth, a makeup station and a flower shop. A large poster installation marked the exterior, while a giant perfume bottle stood inside. Visitors moved from ticket collection through film viewing, one-to-one scent testing, reading and writing, audio messages, makeup trials and gift redemption.
The mall's steady fashion-oriented footfall and central Shanghai location suit a scent discovery pop-up that depends on walk-in visitors as much as appointments. The L1 concourse allows a sequence of small rooms to sit within an open retail route, letting passers-by see the installation and enter without leaving the mall's shopping circuit.
