A street-level retail block at Hangzhou MixC hosted a vintage French café-themed fragrance pop-up for the Coco Mademoiselle Crush Absolu launch.

Hangzhou MixC is a large shopping complex in the city's Qianjiang New Town CBD, with an attached street-level retail block along Minxin Road. Units S156–S158 form a run of street-front shopfronts beside the Pop Mart flagship store, facing pedestrian circulation between the mall entrances and the surrounding office and residential towers. The units are normally leased as ground-floor retail.
Three adjoining units were converted into a café-like interior: carved glass windows, pink velvet curtains, red-and-white woven chairs and vintage posters in a brown-toned palette. A telephone booth installation, the CRUSH HOTLINE, stands as a photo point where receivers play recorded voice messages. Fragrance testers, a coffee counter serving limited lattes, and display cases for eyewear, eyeshadow and lip products line the circulation route.
Street-front units at Hangzhou MixC sit on a route between mall entrances and nearby offices, so a café-format pop-up can be entered without a shopping purpose. The open frontage and adjacent flagship stores supply passing foot traffic, and the block format allows a themed facade that a mall atrium could not accommodate.
