Prince Jun Mansion in Beijing hosted Cartier's Le Voyage Recommencé high jewelry exhibition, arranged across its halls and courtyards.

Prince Jun Mansion is a historic princely residence in Beijing, formed as a walled courtyard complex of halls, gates and open courtyards. Its rooms and outdoor areas are used for cultural programmes and private events. The architecture sets a quiet, enclosed setting, with circulation moving from one courtyard to the next rather than through a single open hall.
The exhibition occupied the mansion’s halls and courtyards as a sequence of viewing rooms. Three Cartier archive pieces formed the opening, followed by sections titled “World Beauty,” “Natural Inspiration” and “Line Construction.” Separate areas showed the Cartier Collection, fine watches and high jewelry watches, while a gem-carving demonstration occupied its own zone. Visitors moved between interior displays and courtyard passages.
High jewelry presentations rely on controlled, intimate viewing, and a princely courtyard complex provides enclosed halls and short transitions between rooms. The historic architecture gives each section a distinct setting without requiring a temporary exhibition building, while the courtyard layout keeps groups moving through a defined route.
