K11 Musea's outdoor Promenade hosted a Burberry alpine ice rink, mirrored cable car and cabin registration point over the winter period.

K11 Musea is a shopping and cultural complex on the Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront in Hong Kong. Its Promenade is an outdoor edge of the mall facing Victoria Harbour, used for public circulation, views and open-air programming. The setting combines mall foot traffic with harbourfront visibility, and the outdoor surface is suited to temporary installations that can be viewed by passers-by.
For this project the Promenade held an artificial ice rink, a Burberry cabin registration point and a mirrored cable car. The installation used Thomas Burberry monogram patterns, alpine star motifs and coordinates, with surfaces reflecting the Victoria Harbour sky by day and night. Rink access was limited to invited guests, while the public could photograph the mirrored cable car from outside.
The Promenade suits temporary brand installations because it sits between a busy mall and the harbour, giving the project both footfall and a recognizable city backdrop. An outdoor rink and cable car can sit on the open surface without changing the venue, and the public edge lets invited and passing audiences overlap.
