A shopping mall in Qingdao hosted a garden-themed creative art space presenting Burberry's Highgrove Gardens capsule collection.

Hisense Plaza is a shopping mall in Qingdao's central commercial district, its floors given over to fashion, cosmetics and lifestyle counters, with upper levels reached by escalators and lifts. Ground-floor circulation runs past cosmetics counters and glass shopfronts, and the enclosed, climate-controlled interior keeps visitors close to other retail traffic. The source record's address line names this mall, though its body text names MixC Qingdao; the venue is not verified.
For this project the mall hosted a branded creative art space from 16 May to 15 June 2025, marking Burberry's fourth collaboration with Highgrove Gardens. Inside, flower and bench elements reproduced an English country garden, and window installations drew on paintings by Helen Bullock. The capsule collection and its campaign imagery were displayed within the same footprint, so visitors moved through garden references into garment presentation.
Enclosed malls keep footfall steady through the day regardless of weather, and a garden-themed interior sits in deliberate contrast to the surrounding retail floors. Shoppers already moving between fashion counters pass the space without a ticketed entry step, which suits a presentation built around display rather than events.
