Bentley at The Sanya EDITION — Bentley China Golf Tour Finals 2023 (2023)

The Sanya EDITION hosted the Sanya final of the 2023 Bentley China Golf Tour, recorded as a hotel-based brand event.

The venue

The Sanya EDITION is a resort hotel in Sanya, Hainan. It operates as a hospitality venue with guest accommodation, dining and event spaces, and it is normally used for leisure stays and hotel-hosted functions. The record does not describe its architecture, room count, outdoor areas or event facilities. For this project it is identified only as the project site, so the specific part of the property used is not verified.

How the space was used

The hotel hosted the Sanya final of the 2023 Bentley China Golf Tour. The record names The Sanya EDITION as the project site but does not document zones, circulation, temporary structures or how golf activities were arranged around the property. The event is therefore recorded as a hotel-based brand gathering rather than a described course build.

Why it works here

Resort hotels suit destination golf finals because they can combine accommodation, hospitality and event space in one location, allowing guests to stay close to the programme. A Sanya resort setting also supports a leisure-led schedule around the competition, though the record does not verify which facilities were used.
